  3. Carefully read all the terms and conditions of this agreement prior to 
  4. opening this package. Opening the package indicates your acceptance of 
  5. these terms and conditions.

  7. MITUG Distributed Systems Ltd. (hereinafter "MITUG") has developed the 
  8. computer software program, MultiX, contained on the disk(s) in the
  9. disk packet and the related documentation, referred to as (the 
  10. "Product"), and licenses its use to the licensee ("you").

  13. MITUG grants you a personal, non transferable non-exclusive license to 
  14. use the enclosed Product. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble,
  15. reverse translate, or in any manner decode in order to derive any source
  16. code from the Product.
  17. You may not modify the Product or the documantaion.

  20. You agree that the Product and documentation are copyrighted.

  23. THE Product AND MANUALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY 
  24. KIND. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE Product 
  25. IS ASSUMED BY YOU. SHOULD THE Product PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU (AND NOT 
  26. MITUG OR ITS DEALERS OR ITS SUPPLIERS) ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL 
  27. NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION. FURTHER, MITUG DOES NOT 
  28. WARRANT, GUARANTEE OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF, OR 
  29. THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE Product IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, 
  30. ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS OR OTHERWISE; AND YOU RELY ON THE 
  31. Product AND RESULTS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
